Why Doris S1?

Corydoras paleatus is a species of catfish of the family Callichthyidae. Doris S1 takes its name from the Corydoras(CoryDoris).
It was inspired by the Cory catfish of which Latin name is Corydoras. The autonomous marine clearing vehicle Doris S1 and her assistant Cory were considered as complementary elements and named.
Doris S1 is also a symbol of the purity and cleanliness of the ocean.

What is Cory?

Assistant Cory is developed to use Doris S1 autonomous abilities more easily. Assistant Cory can manage Doris S1 with the voice command system. Doris S1 can be given a route with a voice command system by Asistan Cory, Doris S1 can collect wastes from the surface of the sea, and transfer information regardnig collected waste.

Technical Features

Doris S1 can run 36 hours continuously and travel at a speed of 20 mph.

    The operator can view the waste and direct Doris S1 to collect the waste.
    Remote control range is 10 km (Doris S1 can be managed with DGS-10 and lower ground station modules)
    There are sensors with a range of 10m on Doris S1.
    Doris S1 can be informed the waste she is collected.
  • Autonomous Level-2
    The operator can view the waste and direct Doris S1 to collect the waste.
    Remote control range is 12 km (Doris S1 can be managed with DGS-12 and lower ground station modules)
    There are sensors with a range of 20m on Doris S1.
    There are sensors related to autonomous technology on Doris S1. Doris S1 can map her surroundings.

  • Autonomous Level-3
    Doris S1 can see wastes on the sea surface and be transfered informations about the wastes on the sea surface.

    Doris S1 can see and collect waste.
    There are sensors related to autonomous Level-4 features on Doris S1. Doris S1 can make a map around her circle and automatically create her route with Autonomous Level-4 features.
    Can be managed with the help of Doris S1 operator.
    Remote control range is 50 km (Doris S1 can be managed with DGS-12 and upper ground station modules)
